NSIT Resources

Welcome to the 2007-2008 Networking Services & Information Technologies (NSIT) Resource Website.

Information technology is a core resource used to promote the University’s mission to “discover, preserve, and disseminate knowledge, to teach in a challenging and responsible manner, and to sustain an engaged and energetic community of scholars.”* The goal of the NSIT Resource site is to introduce the streams of services, systems, and facilities that NSIT has designed to support and promote the University’s mission. The information presented on this site is intended to be a tool for faculty, students, and staff to refer to during their tenure at the University.

Additional information is available on the NSIT web pages of the University of Chicago web site. As technology changes, updates are made to the online versions of these publications. To assist you with finding this information, references are linked to their corresponding web pages throughout this site.
